Moscow Times: Fewer Russian Smokers Since Anti-Tobacco Law Took Effect

The Moscow Times reports 
that Russia's smoking rate 
has dropped six percent, 
from 41% to 35%, since 
the strict new anti-tobacco 
law took effect June 1 of 
last year. RTS first reported 
on this story 10/26/12. 
Stringent anti-smoking laws 
appear to discourage smokers
worldwide....hmmm....
