I have been asked to speak this 
coming week at the Tobacco 
Cessation program at Cottage 
Hospital in Santa Barbara about 
my take on quitting smoking.
I will sharing some experiences
witha group of folks doing their 
best to become smoke free. I 
decided that I will encourage them 
through the absurdity of tobacco.
