Some places in Texas, they're just not ready to ban smoking in bars...

Even the Texas legislature hasn't passed a 
comprehensive workplace smoking ban 
even though it's been up for a vote the last 
four sessions. Grand Prairie passed a long 
awaited ban...but it doesn't include bars.
