out that Wales is about to become 
the first part of Britain to ban the
use of e cigarettes indoors in public 
places. As the below photo suggests,
e cigarette users have serious 'tudes
about circumventing existing rules 
and regs concerning smoking or 
quasi smoking behavior. So much 
so that look what's happened to laws 
banning e cigs across the western 
world. All because "vapers" or 
vapires, as I call them, had to flaunt
their arrogant conduct.
