Quit Smoking Tip: 10 Deep Breaths of Fresh Air

Anyone struggling to 
stay clear of smoking 
in the New Year, 
please try this-
At the next urge, no 
matter where you are 
or the weather, step 
outside stand facing the 
world and proclaim, 
"I Do Not Smoke!"
then count out loud
Ten Deep Breaths,
inhaling and exhaling 
all the fresh air you can.

This retrains your lungs 
to prefer air over smoke.

Repeat as necessary...
It works!
