Chicago Tribune: Cigarettes Flame Out As More Americans Quit Smoking

This article is a thoughtful
overview on the current state
of smoking in the United States.
It might have been as hard to
change course as an ocean liner,
and has taken 50 years; but the
USA is definitely doing its
best to decrease smoking and
tobacco consumption and the
health problems associated
with nicotine addiction.
Smoking rates are under 18%
for the first time since they
started keeping track in 1965.
America is kicking butts...
Happy New Year!
