Seriously? Isn't
prison bad enough?
Convicts can't smoke?
For health reasons?
That's sort of like
alcohol swabbing
the guy's arm just
before lethal injection.
Just how many of
these guys want to
get healthy so that
they prolong their
life terms? WTF? Look
for some disciplinary
issues in the prison
system come early next
year. Where's Chris Rock
