Talk about a scary
case of smoke and
mirrors. The website
for the Food and
Drug Administration
is fda.gov. (Follow the
link at the bottom of
this post.) Another
website, fda.org,
is a "wellness" site
suggesting "FDA"
credibility, but
whose advertising
revenue is derived by
prominently promoting
e-cigarettes. While they
state that they are not
connected to the FDA
in their disclaimer,
there is no reason the
site should be called
fda.org
This is misleading...
and it infers that the
real FDA endorses the
use of electronic cigarettes.
The authentic
government website is
www.fda.gov- This is the real govt. site.
