This article by Michael Felberbaum suggests that
retailers are being responsible in restricting sales
of tobacco to minors, bringing the percentage of
underage sales down from 40% in 1997 to 8.5%
in 2011. One of the best ways to get people to quit
is to restrict sales, which is effective prevention
when it comes to kids. We're doing something right...
